This Fraud Prevention, Detection and Protection Policy
Establish controls, procedures and responsibilities required to prevent, detect, investigate and respond to fraud, theft, financial misconduct, forgery, deception and other dishonest activities involving Leo Green Services. The policy applies to all business activities operated by the company, including, Solar Installation, Study-abroad and educational consultancy services, Sale and distribution of Ravella wine and foodstuffs, Real estate transactions and property-related services, Automobile sales, brokerage and related services Beauty and personal-care products Any future business or service introduced by the Company.
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance approach to deliberate fraud, falsification, misappropriation of funds, bribery, theft and intentional deception. This policy applies to Directors and shareholders, Management and employees Agents, consultants and representatives Sales personnel Recruitment officers Property and automobile agents Suppliers and contractors. Business partners, temporary staff and interns any third party handling company money, information, documents or assets.
What Constitutes Fraud includes.
Intentional act or omission designed to obtain money, property, services, personal advantage or another benefit through deception or dishonest means. Examples include: Receiving customer payments into personal accounts without authorization, creating fake receipts, invoices, admission letters, employment documents or property documents.
Misrepresenting the cost, availability or status of a service or product, using company funds or assets for personal purposes. Altering financial records. Creating fictitious customers, suppliers or transactions. Paying or receiving unauthorized commissions.
Diverting customer payments or deposits. Selling counterfeit, adulterated or unauthorized products. Using confidential, Customer information for personal gain. Colluding with customers, suppliers, agents or employees to defraud the Company.
Taking deposits for services that the Company cannot legitimately provide. Forging signatures, certificates, identification documents or approvals. Concealing losses, shortages, and refunds or cancelled transactions.
Core Fraud-Control Principles, the Company shall operate the following principles:
Segregation of Duties: No single employee should control an entire transaction from initiation to payment and reconciliation. Where practical one person initiates a transaction, another person approves it, and another person receives or releases funds. Finance independently reconciles the transaction.
No Unauthorized Personal Accounts: Leo Green Services does not instruct customers to pay Company fees, deposits or product payments into personal bank accounts, wallets or payment platforms.

In the case of study abroad, real estate and automobile transactions where money is sent directly to the schools, Government of the destination countries, real estate and automobile companies the channels shall be communicated to customers through approved company email contact@leogreenservices.name.ng
Two-Level Approval High-value transactions, refund, supplier payments, property transactions and unusual expenses must receive appropriate management approval before funds are released, for clients/customers that want to pay through us.
Transaction must have supporting documentation, including receipts or payment evidence, and customer identification where appropriate and approval records. Reconciliation Bank accounts, payment platforms, inventory records and cash collections shall be reconciled regularly. Any unexplained difference must be investigated promptly.
Solar Installation Fraud Prevention & Protection
We are committed to helping you recognize potential fraud and ensuring that every solar installation is handled professionally and transparently. Be careful if someone claiming to represent our company pressures you to make an immediate payment into a personal bank account or contacts you from an unofficial or suspicious phone number.
Offers a deal that is significantly below the normal market price, refuses to provide a written quotation or contract.
Changes the agreed price without a clear explanation.

Study-Abroad Fraud, Controls:
Because study-abroad services involve substantial customer payments and sensitive documents, the following controls shall apply:
Student Verification : The Company shall verify, as appropriate: Student identity, Academic qualifications, Passport information, School or university details, Admission documentation Tuition and fee information Scholarship information Visa-related documentation
No Guaranteed Visa Policy: Employees and agents do not guarantee that a student will receive a visa. Customers must be informed that visa and immigration decisions are made by the relevant authorities. Official Documentation Admission letters, invoices, tuition information and other documents must be verified through appropriate official channels where reasonably possible.
Employees must not create, alter or knowingly submit fraudulent academic, financial or immigration documents. Customer Payment Protection Students shall receive a written quotation, a service agreement, an official invoice an official receipt after payment.
Clear information about refundable and non-refundable fees, any refund must follow the Company approved refund procedure.
Ravella Wine and Foodstuffs Controls:
The Company shall protect against, Inventory theft Counterfeit Products, Products substitution & unauthorized discounts, Fake sales Cash diversion & fictitious customers
Unauthorized credit sales Stock manipulation Supplier fraud Inventory shall be counted periodically and reconciled against sales and purchasing records.
Damaged, expired, missing or returned stock must be properly documented and approved.
Where products are regulated, the Company shall comply with applicable licensing, labeling, taxation, health and safety requirements.
Real Estate Fraud Controls
Real estate transactions shall be subject to enhanced verification because of their potentially high financial value.
Before accepting or releasing significant funds, the Company shall conduct appropriate verification of property ownership Seller/landlord identity Property documentation
Title and registration information Authority to sell or lease Property location Purchase or lease agreement Customer identity Payment instructions The Company must not knowingly represent a property as being owned by a person who has no authority to sell or lease it.
Any suspected forged title document, duplicate sale, fake agent, impersonation or unauthorized payment instruction must be reported immediately.
Automobile Fraud Controls For vehicle sales and brokerage,
The Company shall verify, as appropriate: Vehicle identity Chassis/VIN number Ownership documents Registration information Importation/customs documentation where applicable Seller identity Payment records Vehicle condition and advertised specifications
Leo Green Services will not alter vehicle information or conceal known material defects for the purpose of obtaining a sale. Customer deposits and vehicle purchase funds must be recorded and receipted.
Beauty Products Fraud Controls
The Company shall protect customers and the Company against:
Counterfeit products, product substitution Fake brands, unauthorized suppliers, Inventory theft, False discounts Fake returns Sales manipulation
Products should be sourced from approved suppliers wherever reasonably possible. Leo Green Services must not knowingly sell counterfeit or unlawfully obtained products.
Customer Due Diligence Depending on the transaction and applicable law, the Company may request information necessary to establish a customer identity and transaction purpose. Enhanced verification may be required for: High-value transactions and unusual payment patterns
Third-party payments Transactions involving unexplained intermediaries Requests to change bank/payment details Transactions inconsistent with the customer stated purpose Supplier and Agent Due Diligence
Before engaging significant suppliers, agents or business partners, the Company should assess: Identity and ownership Business registration Relevant licenses Reputation References Bank/payment details Conflicts of interest Contractual terms relevant compliance requirements Changes to supplier bank details must be independently verified before payment.
Cash and Payment Controls, the Company shall encourage electronic payments through official Company accounts. Where cash is accepted: An official receipt must be issued. Cash collections must be recorded. Cash must be deposited promptly. Cash balances must be independently reconciled. Unexplained shortages must be investigated. No employee may alter payment records to conceal a shortage.
